100% wool pile on a cotton foundation. This rug was hand-knotted in Iran circa the 1920s. Measures 3'3 x 5'3. The dyes change softly from one end to the other, showing how beautifully it has aged. This rug has rich colors of taupe, mauve, terra cotta, burgundy, black, burnt orange, cream, and jade green.
